1. Professor Jean-Marie Tarascon (LRCS-CNRS, France)                     

Professor   Jean-Marie Tarascon is the originator of the polymer battery, he is the first man to use softpackage in li-ion battery which now is becoming the mainstream.

He used to be the professor at the Universite de Picardie Jules Verne, worked in the U.S.A., first at Cornell University (1980) further to the solid state chemistry PhD at Bordeaux, and then at Bell Laboratory and Bellcore up to 1994.

 Now he is focusing in scientific activities within the LRCS are focused on the elaboration of high performance systems for the storage and conversion of energy, and are composed of three main axes which are: new materials, interfaces and nanochemistry. The most important results to which he contributed are the stabilization of the LiMn2O4-electrolyte interface, the design of an electrochromic system resting only on the presence of electrochemically active species in solution, the pioneering role of the LRCS in the contribution of mechanical grinding to the performances optimization of the electrode materials for Li-ion batteries and the discovery of a new reversible Li reaction mechanism in highly divided mediums.

2. Professor Doron Aurbach(Bar-Ilan University, Ramat-Gan, Israel. )

Professor   Doron Aurbach is the a famous expert in M.Sc. and Ph.D. (1983), Bar-Ilan University, Physical-Organic Chemistry

3.Dr. Michael Thackeray, (Argonne National Lab., U.S.A.)

Doctor Michael Thackeray is the best among the best of the solid-state chemist in USA, he is mainly research in battery Cathode material. Doctor Goodenough is the first man using lithium cobalt in li-ion battery. In 90s. he research and produced the next generation cathode material- LiFePO4/C. President Bush invited Argonne's Michael Thackeray to the White House in February 2007 for a round table discussion on lithium-ion batteries for transportation, including plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.

2005: Recognized on the Commemorative Wall at The Innovation Hub ( South Africa ) for Contributions as a South African to International Science and Technology; Research Award of the Battery Division of the Electrochemical Society.

4.Dr. Karim Zaghib, (Hydro-quebec, Canada)

Doctor Karim Zaghib is the projector director of Hydro- Quebec,and visiting professor of INRES Québec and Sherbrouk University(Canada),president of branch of Electrochemical energy association。During his working time in Hydro- Quebec,he learned a lot experience and knowledge in LiFenPO4/C Cathode material.Doctor

Karim Zaghib released more than 125 scientific papers in several scientific magazines, and owned 85 patents. He used to be the organizer for more than 35 times in International symposium,and responsible for China International Conference on Li-ion Battery in Montreal Canada 2010.

Doctor Karim Zaghib is a visiting expert in METI Japan. He was rewarded as post-doctor degree in France. In 1995 he produced the li-ion battery used in mixed power car and cell-drive mobile vehicle.

5.Dr. Xiaoqing Yang, (Brookhaven National Lab, U.S.A.)

Dr. Xiaoqing Yang is a famous scientist. His research in Lithium is accepted widely. He is invited to speak in many international conference and associations, such as Paul Scherrer, Argon Lab in USA, Sony, Panasonic and Chemical LC etc.,

Dr. Xiaoqing Yang organized many times international conference, such as IBA 2007 and CIBF 2006 in Bejing, as well as 14th Lithium International conference in Tianjin in 6.22 2008.

Dr. Xiaoqing Yang won the doctor degree in physics in Florida USA. Between 1986 to 1988, he used to be the post-doctor degree and vice researcher in national lab USA, and promoted as assistant researcher. Now he is focusing in mixing lithium material.
