Through the comprehensive analysis to establish the strict quality control plan. According to the production of different departments to establish key point control standards and indexes. Magnify the power of the control, track the situation of the key point indexes constantly. Forming the perfect encouragement and penalty system.

We must develop the strict project management system. Through the new products innovation, improve the profit rate. Improving the present technology, improving the percent of pass of products, lowering the cost. Investing more in the equipment automation is the way to improve the production efficiency. Lowering the human resource cost will also help us to improve the products consistency. Through the cooperation of the engineers to cut down the procedure cost, and strengthening the training of the engineers will help us to improve the creative consciousness.
4.Asking for the benefit from the big customer market
Strengthening the cooperation with the big customers, we would accelerate the big customer analysis speed and study the big customer management system. Rationalizing the ratio of the

5.Asking for the benefit from the large-scale

5.The activity content
5.1All of the company should pay attention on the “5 Key points” work and provide the rationalization proposal. Based on the different job, everyone should consider what I can do for the “5 Key points”. And according to the result of the improvement of the work, we will analysis, discuss and study, finally summarize the work.
5.2Project Collected and Adult
The human resource department should collect and report all the projects and arrange the accreditation team to assess all the projects together.
5.2.1The Financial department should accredit the reality of the data.
